Departure/Payment

We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. You can pay the bill during your stay or at the latest on the day of departure in cash or by credit or debit card. We are also happy to issue you with an interim invoice in advance so that you can check the costs.

Train station

The nearest train station is in Sonthofen (15 km away).

Bathrobes

We provide you with bathrobes free of charge during your stay. You will find these in the wellness bag that is ready in your room.

Bank / ATM

There is a Sparkasse ATM in Oberjoch. You will find it opposite our hotel in the Iseler ski school building (Paßstraße 20). You will find other ATMs and banks in Bad Hindelang, Wertach and Sonthofen.

Bed linen

Bed linen is usually changed weekly.
For stays of 8 or 9 days, we ask our guests on arrival whether they would like a change of linen in the interests of the environment.
If you would like a change earlier, please contact our cleaning staff or reception.

Books and magazines

Current magazines and a selection of books to read and borrow are available in our hotel lobby. In addition, you will find a small selection of hiking and cycling guides and corresponding maps next to the fireplace.

Ironing service

We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board.

Office service

Upon request, we can copy or scan documents for you at reception.

Bus / public transport

With your guest pass you can use the bus and train free of charge. The QR code on the guest pass serves as a "ticket". The "Ortsmitte Oberjoch" bus stop is on the main road about 50 meters from our house. You can get a current bus timetable at reception.

Bicycle room

Our lockable bicycle room is in the garage building by the car park. You can get the key for it at reception. In this room you can also charge e-bikes.

Breakfast

Start your day with our extensive breakfast buffet!

Breakfast times are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know one day in advance.

Fire alarm

Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. There is a push-button fire alarm and several smoke detectors on every floor. In the event of a fire, please follow the warning lights in the hallways, which show you the safest escape route from your room. There is also an escape plan in your room with the escape route clearly marked.

In the event of a fire, do not use the elevator!

When you have left the building, please go to the assembly point at the village fountain directly opposite the hotel.

For a fee, you can rent one of our garages, subject to availability. Please contact reception.

Guest pass

As our guest, you will receive a guest pass in addition to our services, which gives you access to many free holiday offers, discounts, exclusive experiences and free use of buses and trains with Bad Hindelang PLUS, the Allgäu-Walser-Pass and the MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU.

Church service

A Catholic church service takes place every two weeks on Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. in the Holy Spirit Church in Oberjoch. The Protestant church service is held every two weeks on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. in the Trinity Church in Bad Hindelang.

Half board

As part of the half board, we serve you a 4-course meal in the evening with a choice of 3 main courses, including a vegetarian option. You will receive the daily menu for breakfast. Please use the enclosed form to make your selection for the dishes you want.

Meal times are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. A fixed table is reserved for you in our restaurant for the duration of your stay.

Depending on the season, our public restaurant is closed on certain days. Of course, you will also receive your half board meal on these days.

Towels

To protect the environment, only the towels that you have placed in the bathtub or on the floor are changed. Sauna towels are available in the wellness bag in your room.

Hygiene items

A small selection of hygiene items is available at reception in case you have forgotten something.

Infrared cabin

The infrared cabin is located on the 1st floor in a separate room, to the left of the entrance to the sauna. Use of the infrared cabin is free of charge and is possible at any time of day.

Consumption in the restaurant and at the Löwen Bar

Your consumption (food and drinks) in the restaurant and at the Löwen Bar can be charged to your room daily so that you receive a collective invoice at the end of your stay. Please check and sign the corresponding invoice with our service staff every day. If we have any receipts without a signature, we will put them in your key box at reception the next day for your information and inspection. If something is not recorded correctly, please inform us immediately, as late complaints cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Pillow

If you need an extra pillow or special pillows, you are welcome to request them. Simply ask our cleaning staff or reception and we will be happy to help you.

Charger

You can borrow various chargers for your mobile device free of charge from reception.

Sewing service

A sewing kit is available at reception.

In an emergency, call the emergency doctor on the standard emergency number 112 (don't forget to dial "0" on your room phone).

You can park your vehicles in our hotel parking lot free of charge.

The mail that arrives daily around 11 a.m. is sorted into your key box at reception.

You can put your outgoing mail in our mailbox at the reception.

You can receive radio programs on the television in your room.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. However, we have set up special smoking areas for smokers, which are located at the entrances to the hotel and the restaurant.

Umbrellas are available at reception.

Restaurant

Our restaurant is open continuously from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., also for à la carte guests. We offer hot meals from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

If you have not booked half board and would like to eat à la carte with us, we ask you to reserve a table in advance. Due to the limited number of places, we cannot guarantee that a table will be available for you without a reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Reception

Our reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Repairs

If your room needs repairs, please report the damage to us immediately. We will endeavor to remedy the situation as quickly as possible and ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Safe

There is a safe in your room where you can safely store cash and valuables. Please use this to protect your personal belongings. If you have any questions about how to use the safe, we will be happy to help.

Sauna towels

You will find sauna towels in the wellness bag in your room. Additional towels are available in the sauna. We ask that you pay attention to the environment when using sauna towels. If you need new sauna towels, please place them on the floor of your bathroom like normal towels - our cleaning staff will then change them.

Room key

Please hand in your room key at reception when you leave the hotel during the day. This way it won't bother you when you're out and about and you won't lose or misplace it. If reception is closed, please use the key slot provided to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to your room. If you stay out late in the evening, please take your room key with you - it also locks the hotel entrance door (but not the entrance door to the restaurant). Thank you for your cooperation.

Shoe shine machine

There is a shoe shine machine available in our shoe room. There you will also find a sink and cleaning equipment to clean your shoes.

Shoe room

At the rear entrance to our hotel you will find the shoe room for your ski boots as well as mountain and hiking boots. We ask that you leave your shoes in the shoe room and not take them into your room. There you can safely store your shoes, put them on and take them off and clean them if necessary. Please also leave your hiking poles in the shoe room.

The door to the shoe room can be opened with a code. Next to the door there is a keypad on which you must enter a 6-digit number combination to open the door. You can get this number combination from reception. Please note that the door is locked in the evening and at night and access is then no longer possible.

Ski cellar

A ski cellar is available to you in the area of ​​the rear hotel entrance. You can store your ski equipment there safely.

Games

In the fireplace room you will find a selection of games and cards that you can borrow. These are in the cupboard under the window. Have fun playing!

Playroom

For our little guests, we have set up a small playroom adjacent to our Dorfstube restaurant. There, the children will find a small climbing wall and various toys and painting materials to let off steam creatively. We ask that you only enter the playroom wearing slippers or socks.

Socket adapter

We are happy to provide you with an international socket adapter.

Daily newspaper
A current daily newspaper is available at our reception.

Telephone

You can use the telephone in your room to make internal calls at any time and to reach the emergency numbers 110 (police) and 112 (fire brigade/medical emergency service).

To make external calls, please have your device activated at reception. To reach an outside line, dial "0" and then the telephone number of the person you want to call. The price per charge is EUR 0.50.

You can be called directly in your room from outside at any time (even without activation). The direct number for your room is: 08324 - 973 + your room number.

Tip

Our employees are very happy about your tip!

If you were particularly satisfied with the performance of an individual employee, you are welcome to give your tip directly to that employee.

Alternatively, you have the option of putting it in our "savings cow" at reception. This money benefits all employees, including those who work in the background. We use the collected tips for joint company outings or pay them out to everyone.

We are happy to accept your dirty laundry and offer you an ironing service. Here are our prices:

Valuables

All rooms are equipped with a safe. We recommend that you keep valuables and cash there to ensure the safety of your personal belongings. Alternatively, you can deposit your valuables at reception.

WiFi

WiFi is available in your room and mostly in the public areas. To ensure the best possible reception, appropriate routers are installed in some rooms. Please make sure that the router is plugged in (the black plug is next to the telephone or on the desk) and do not switch the router off. Access to our "LoewenOberjoch" network is possible without a password.

Wool blankets

There is a wool blanket per bed in the closet in your room. If you need additional blankets, please contact our cleaning staff or reception.
