Physio Therapy
Lymph drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is used to encourage accumulated fluid (lymph) in the tissue to drain away and at the same time prevent more fluid from flowing in. Lymphatic drainage has a detoxifying effect and strengthens the immune system.

Osteopathy
This holistic therapy brings the entire organism back into balance and activates the body's self-healing powers. The principle of osteopathy is "life is movement".
