The services of yout guest pass are available for the duration of your stay and either on the day of arrival or departure.

- Mobile on holiday without a car: From the Alps to the lake - as our overnight guest you can travel flexibly without a car and visit numerous exciting destinations. The guest pass is your free ticket for buses and trains throughout the Upper Allgäu as far as the Tannheimer Valley, the Lake Constance-Upper Swabia area and several lines in the Bregenz Forest.
- Free use of the EMMI-MOBIL: Two electric minibuses are on the move for you in the Bad Hindelang municipality area. EMMI-MOBIL takes you within the area without a fixed timetable and without a fixed route either to the next bus connection or directly to your destination. You can find more information here.
These services are available to you from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.
It's that easy:
- The guest pass is provided to you in digital form (QR code). You simply show the QR code on the bus and at the partner companies. The code is scanned and that's all. Of course, you can also print out the QR code.
- After booking, you will receive a check-in link from us that you can use to check in yourself. You will then receive your digital guest pass in the form of a personalized QR code in the Allgäu-Walser app or on the web.
- All of the above services are available via the digital guest pass.
- The Bad Hindelang PLUS services (including ski pass and cable car ticket) can be used for the duration of the stay and either on the day of arrival or the day of departure.
- All other services are available from midnight on the day of arrival and until midnight on the day of departure.
- For the ski pass you will receive a chip card, which we will give to you in the hotel.
