Half board & à la carte restaurant
  • Half board includes a 4-course menu consisting of a salad buffet, appetizer/soup, main course, and dessert.
  • For the main course, you have a choice of 3 dishes, including a vegetarian option.
  • Half board must be booked for the entire duration of your stay and not for individual days. There is no entitlement to a refund if not used.
  • If you have booked only bed and breakfast, you can dine à la carte in the restaurant at any time. Please make reservations in advance, as we have limited seating.
  • We kindly ask guests not to wear shorts and flip-flops for dinner.
  • For children, we recommend booking with breakfast only and choosing dinner from our daily or children's menu.
Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival your room will be ready for you from 3 pm. Should you plan to arrive after 6 pm, we ask that you let us know in advance.
On the day of departure we ask that you vacate your room by 11 am.
Is my dog allowed to stay at the "Löwen"?

A stay with a dog is unfortunately not possible at our place.
Is it possible to charge my electric car?

A charging station for your electric car is available.
How can I pay for my stay?

You can settle your bill in cash, with a debit card, or a credit card (only VISA or Mastercard).
Room wishes

We will gladly consider your preferences regarding the room category. However, the reservation of a specific room or room number is not possible.
Is a deposit required?

For bookings during the winter season from December to March, we reserve the right to request a deposit. The exact amount will be communicated to you in the reservation confirmation.
How can I cancel my room, and are there any associated costs?

You can cancel your reservation for free:

  • In winter, up to 4 weeks before arrival.
  • In summer, up to 1 week before arrival.

For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 70% of the total price for stays with half board and package deals, and 80% of the total price for stays with breakfast. This applies even in the case of late arrival or early departure.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellations must be made in writing. In the case of a free cancellation, any already made deposit will be refunded.
Where can I park my e-bike/bicycle?

We have a spacious, lockable bicycle room with charging facilities for your e-bikes in our garages at the house.
How long is the guest card/ski pass valid for?

The guest card is valid on every full day of your stay. Additionally, you can use the card either on the day of arrival or on the day of departure.
Are there minibars in the rooms?

Unfortunately, our rooms are not equipped with a minibar. However, upon request, you are welcome to store medications, baby food, or similar items in our central refrigeration rooms. Please contact our reception for assistance.
